At this important meeting we will elect our Executive Committee, set our budget, meeting and event calendar, and Committee priorities for 2026.

The meeting will begin with a caucus. The caucus confirms that individuals present are eligible to vote for the nominees seeking positions on the Committee’s Executive Board. A completed Caucus Form is required to participate in the election of officers.

Nominees for Committee Chair, Vice-chair, Secretary, or Treasurer must complete a Declaration of Candidacy form by Dec. 30, 2025 and send to info@glodemsva.org.
