Reorganization Forms
The caucus confirms that individuals present are eligible to vote for the nominees seeking positions on the committee’s executive board. A completed Caucus Form is required to participate in the elections of officers.
To be a candidate for Chair, Vice-chair, Secretary, or Treasurer the Declaration of Candidacy must be completed and submitted by Dec. 30, 2025 to info@glodemsva.org.
